Buying the BA Skills Stack gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the skills, prompts and templates in your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage them, in whole or part, for others.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If the toolkit isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
"Lifetime" refers to the operating life of BATools.ai as a product, not the purchaser's lifetime. As long as we operate this website, you'll continue to receive future updates and versions at no extra cost. If we ever discontinue BATools.ai, we'll give notice where reasonably possible and make a final, complete download of everything you've purchased available before shutdown — after which no further updates will be issued, and the license continues to apply to the files you already hold.
The skills and prompts are provided "as is." AI-generated output can be wrong or incomplete, and you're responsible for reviewing it before relying on it professionally. We're not liable for decisions made from that output.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continuing to use the toolkit after a change means you accept the update.
